Cutura's Career Night Leads No. 15 Cal Past No. 16 Arizona in Four Sets
BERKELEY - California volleyball senior outside hitter Hana Cutura earned 32 points for the Golden Bears as No. 15 Cal (11-7, 4-4 Pac-10) defeated No. 16 Arizona (15-4, 4-4 Pac-10) in four sets (25-19, 21-25, 25-16, 25-16) tonight (Oct. 23) at Haas Pavilion. Cutura logged a career-high 31 kills on 47 attacks with just one error for a .638 attack percentage and posted her sixth double-double of the season with 11 digs on Dig for the Cure night. LOS ANGELES -- Sophomore outside hitter Alex Jupiter (Hermosa Beach/Redondo Union HS) posted a team-high 19 kills and 24.0 points Friday as the No. 18 USC Women of Troy snapped a four-match losing streak with a 3-0 sweep (25-17, 25-15, 25-22) over the Oregon State Beavers.
