WILLIAMS HEADS PAC-10 ALL-ACADEMIC FOOTBALL TEAM
WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--The Pacific-10 Conference has named the 2003 Pac-10 All-Academic Football Team. Defensive tackle Jeremey Williams of Washington State is just the fifth player to be named to the first unit of the All-Academic Team four times. In addition to Williams, center Dan Weaver of Oregon has been named to the team for the third time. To be eligible for selection to the academic team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average and be either a starter or significant substitute. Following is the 2003 Pacific-10 Conference All-Academic Football Team:
