Pac-10 Announces 2009 Football Television Schedule

Pacific-10 Conference television partners ESPN/ABC, Fox Sports Net and Versus combine to provide extensive coverage of Pac-10 football in 2009. ESPN and ABC will combine to televise 20 games from Pac-10 sites, while FSN will air 13 games and Versus five games to a national cable audience.

Pac-10 Names 2008-09 Tom Hansen Conference Medal Winners

The 2008-09 Pacific-10 Tom Hansen Conference Medal winners were announced today. A Conference Medal is awarded annually to each member institution's outstanding senior male and female student-athlete based on the exhibition of the greatest combination of performance and achievement in scholarship, athletics and leadership. The Pac-10 recently renamed the award the Tom Hansen Conference Medal in honor of Hansen, who is retiring at the end of June after serving 26 years as Commissioner of the Pac-10.
