LOS ANGELES - Members of the UCLA men's tennis team will be in action this week, as the Bruins are taking part in the Wilson/ITA West-South Regional Championships, Oct. 16-21 at Pepperdine University.

UCLA has four seeded players in the singles draw, led by second-seeded Holden Seguso. Matt Brooklyn (4), Haythem Abid (6) and Amit Inbar (8) are also seeded. Jake Fleming, Nick Meister, Eugen Brazdil, Jeff Gast and Ahmed Ismail are the Bruins' unseeded players in the draw.

The Bruins have four doubles teams competing this week as well. The combinations are (3) Abid/Brooklyn, (4) Inbar/Seguso, Brazdil/Meister and Gast/Ismail.

The tournament serves as a qualifier for the ITA National Indoor Championships, Nov. 6-9, in Charlottesville, Va.
