WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - UCLA's Vanessa Teff has earned All-Pac-10 Team honors for the third consecutive season, the conference announced Monday. Teff, one of 13 All-Pac-10 Team selections in 2008, was named an All-West Region honoree by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) the final week of May.

Teff, a two-time Pocock All-America selection, was a key member of UCLA's varsity eight crew all season. Teff helped lead the Bruins to dual-meet victories against San Diego State and Loyola Marymount. The Bruins' varsity eight crew finished first at the Stanford Invite and raced to a fifth-place finish in the Grand Final of the San Diego Crew Classic.

Teff has become the only Bruin in UCLA women's rowing history to have been named an All-Pac-10 team selection for three consecutive seasons. The Middleton, Wis., resident earned All-Pac-10 team honors as a sophomore (2007) and freshman (2006) after having led the Bruins' varsity eight crew to an at-large berth in the NCAA Championships each of those two seasons.
