TUCSON, Ariz. - The University of Arizona men's golf team closes the team portion of the 2009 fall season at the Gifford Collegiate Championship at CordeValle in San Martin, Calif.

The 14-team event, now in its fifth year, is hosted by UCLA and is scheduled for Monday-Wednesday, Nov. 9-11, at CordeValle Resort, a par-72, 7,169-yard layout. The 54-hole event features 18 holes with an 8:30 a.m. PST start each day.

In addition to Arizona and UCLA, the field includes Augusta State, Charlotte, Colorado, Duke, Lamar, Long Beach State, Northwestern, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Stanford and USC.

The lone event remaining this fall is the Western Refining College All-America Golf Classic, Nov. 22-24, in El Paso, Texas, an individuals-only event in which MacManus will represent Arizona.
