Licensing InformationThe Pac-10 Conference name, logo, mark, or any symbol that may be associated with the Conference are registered trademarks. Any individual, organization, or company that wishes to use any such mark, for commercial or noncommercial purposes, merchandise, promotions, or advertising must be licensed.
What products must be licensed?Any product bearing any sort of identifying mark that may be associated with the Pac-10 must be licensed. No products or promotions are exempt from licensing. Pac-10 Properties and the Pac-10 Conference determine what merchandise, advertisements, etc. will be licensed to bear the Pac-10 name or mark.
How does one become licensed to produce Pac-10 Conference merchandise?For the Pac-10 Men's and Women's Basketball Tournaments and other Pac-10 Championship events, contact Pac-10 Properties. May a licensee produce merchandise that includes both the Pac-10 Conference logo and the logos or names of one or more of the Pac-10 schools?If you wish to use any of the ten member institutions' names or trademarks, you must be licensed with the respective institution's licensing department.

Pac-10 Conference
Any unauthorized use of the Pac-10 name, logo, mark, or any symbol that may be associated with the Conference is considered trademark infringement. Any production or sale of unauthorized products is in violation of the law. Any person or company found in violation of such law may be liable for damages, injunctive relief, attorney's fees and other penalties, both civil and criminal. Unlicensed merchandise is subject to seizure.
