Eligibility. Open to legal U.S. residents only, 18 or older. Not open to employees or immediate family members of employees of Good Guys, Pac-10 Properties, the Pacific-10 Conference and the Official College Sports Network.

Prize. The following prizes will be awarded: One (1) winner will be selected for the 2004 Pac-10 Men's Basketball Tournament in the Staples Center in LA, March 11-13.

One (1) Canon digital camera.
One (1) courtside press area pass seated on the floor for the games on Friday's session, March 12th.
Four (4) Premier Level tickets to the Friday and Saturday sessions of the 2004 Pac-10 Men's Basketball Tournament.
Tickets provide entry for Semi-final games on Friday, March 12 and Championship game on Saturday, March 13. The resale of the tickets is prohibited. One (1) night (Friday, March 12th) hotel accommodations at the Tournament Headquarters will be provided. Roundtrip airfare for four (4) to and from Los Angeles. If the winner lives within 200 miles of the greater Los Angeles area, no airfare will be provided. (Winners are responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the Prize that are not specifically mentioned, including but not limited to parking fees, concessions purchases, all related travel costs to and from the tournament, and hotel incidentals. Prize Drawing. Prize will be awarded at a random drawing held on March 5th, 2004. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by telephone or email within 24 hours of drawing. If Prize is not claimed within 24 hours of notification, or if Winner does not meet qualification criteria, an alternate Winner will be selected.

Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Additional Terms. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsors' control corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the sweepstakes. Sponsors are not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries, nor are they responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or web site; to be acting in violation of these rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses.

Miscellaneous. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these rules. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of Prize is permitted. By accepting Prize, Winner agrees that Sponsors and their affiliates and agents will have no liability and will be held harmless by Winner for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or to person, including death, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize or participation in this sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of Sponsors. Participants agree that the decisions of Sponsors related to this sweepstakes and all drawings are final. By participating in sweepstakes, Winner consents to the use of their names and/or likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
